Great to see all the activity, and to see that the new allotments are up and running and congratulations to the Parish Council for seeing this through. But let's not forget why there was a need for the 'new' allotments each time we pass the vacant site of the 'old' allotments and see the signs for unwwanted (and certainly not-yet-built) office space outside the original Bicester building envelope. But that's in the past. Let's hope that there can be a happy resolution now to the Parish Hall saga. Here's wishing the Parish Council luck in its tortuous negotiations.
