Huge congratulations to Matt Hill, on coming a very commendable third in the BBC3 show which went out in December 2010.

He was praised for his very imaginative ideas, and in particular a lattice pie, which the critical judges "could see selling all day".

So if you want to sample his work, go down to John Walman the Butchers in Launton, near Bicester, Oxfordshire.

It is easy to find, just on the cross roads, for opening times go to the Launton web site

The Launton Website is very new and has hopefully let us catch up with the internet world.

The world of posting on a blog seems to begin with to be a bit of a cumbersome task.

However, this may just be the forum to allow topics to be discussed with ease, and with easy access, once accounts have been set up.

I can foresee various Articles being written by various people/groups and then comments and feedback and discussion occurring.

With the technology facilitating this, and all email alerts sent automatically if required, on a topic that is of interest, then a discussion open to all will develop.

Any comments??
